Adult Marketing Manager
increasingly growing online classifieds business. In the UK market we have an established a highly successful and growing presence in the adult personals space. We are looking to significantly grow and develop this area of the business in order to take on the competition.
We are also positioning ourselves in the market by launching a new adult focused proposition, which will be a modern, social, safety focused site.
Job Purpose:
This role will give you the opportunity to be the main business owner for all marketing decisions. You will be reporting into the General Manager, and given complete ownership for establishing our branding tone, CRM and social positioning?s for out adult focused platforms.
You will also be expected to devise a full marketing plan for the different products and support this with your own creative copy writing skills. You will work with the traffic manager to optimise and split test new creative and messaging.
Main Duties
Take complete ownership of Marketing for the UK sites
Develop and implement digital marketing strategy which activity responds to company?s business targets
Continuous review and development of all online channels to maximise sales and customer experience
Oversee the planning and execution of a compelling content strategy
Maintain and develop the company?s social media strategy across various platforms
Organise, schedule and deliver marketing activities and content creation with internal stakeholders ? designer, copywriter etc
Seek out any offline opportunities
Person specification:
Well versed in the adult and personals space (at least 2 years)
At least 4 years experience in adult marketing
Strong Google Analytics skills (Universal beneficial)
Experience in utilising social media for engagement, link acquisition, promotion and outreach
Highly Analytical and performance driven
Experience in ecommerce and strong results in increasing customer engagement and conversion
Excellent knowledge of current digital marketing concepts, best practice and strategy
Creative / commercial thinker with great new ideas
Pro-active and confident in using own initiative
Excellent communication skills
Experience with webcams sites will be beneficial
All candidates must be eligible to work in the UK on a permanent basis.
