I love this part:
The Republican Party is fighting a battle they cannot win. This is a law, and it's not going to be reversed. They need to grow up, stop acting like children, stop holding the country hostage, and instead work on fixing it instead of fighting it.?The House has fought with everything it has to convince the president of the United States to engage in bipartisan negotiations aimed at addressing our country's debt and providing fairness for the American people under ObamaCare. That fight will continue," Boehner said in a statement. "But blocking the bipartisan agreement reached today by the members of the Senate will not be a tactic for us."

Apparently the senate if voting right now. Since it is democrat controlled and this is a primarily democrat bill it should pass with no problems. Boehner has said he will put it up for a vote in the house once it passes the senate and he is urging the republicans not to block it Ted Cruz has said he won't. So, barring a last minute change and someone deciding to do a filibuster, it should get enough votes in the house to pass and it is a done deal.
This is, of course, the same thing that could have been done three weeks ago, but some members of the house decided to piss in the sandbox since they didn't get their way.Comment
