Hello,
as the thread starter did not provide the ID we can only suppose that the thing is about the person with whom we communicated more than a week via our Ticket System. We could not pay immediately due to the fact that this account was not in use for a long time and it was the first payout that's why we had to collect more information. The settlement was also delayed because the main support manager was away on vacation. But anyway the payout was made yesterday Oct, 16th and we did inform our advert.Comment

So, here's the scoop: Used to send them a ton of traffic then stopped, accumulated 400$ but because the payment amount was set to 500$ never received it.
My old domains obv expired so that's what they've told me:

As to the request of account verification, it is a standard procedure which is applied to the accounts which are not in use for a long period or when the payment will be sent for the first time.
We think that we faced a misunderstanding with WoW!, the emails and tickets were answered immediately. Now the problem is solved.
