I think Tim Ferriss has some good recommendations in the appendix of his 4-Hour Work Week book. I also recommend the book as a whole. He uses VAs for a lot of tasks.

I've got people I use, they're Euro not IN/PI so cost about $600 a month, but they put the hours in they're supposed to. If you want their email shout.

Hey Fuze message me on ICQ. I have a team and an office in Mexico since 2005 where we do outsource work, these are our direct employees. $4.25 an hour/typically a 45 hour work week

BTW I'm in North County.

Hi to all,

Our company is doing all kinda outsource jobs. Our main offer are progmmers and designers, but we also have writers, video editors, guys familiar with adult scripts capable for other grunt work.

As for programmers, we hire them very carefully, they have to pass very strict tests, they are on senior level, with a lot of coding experience in adult and mainstream, as well as other of our employees.
