I could make money with Paul's content, with him (meaning he gets a cut) or without him (meaning buying him out) but it wouldn't be worth the hassle. To do so, to REALLY make some money with Paul's content, he would need a major re-branding.

This is something I actually specialize in BUT I only deal with people who I know WON'T make my life a living Hell with their constant noodling. But if someone could take Paul's content, re-brand and re-package it, it would sell. I would easily expect to quadruple his posted sales figures with better tours, domains, a total overhaul. The content is more than good enough to sell.

Anyway, hope Paul feels better and that things work out for him. :)
