Taxes and legal stuff

Hi all,
I am interested what are taxes for adult business in US. Webmaster affiliate taxing is my primary concern because it is most of what I do. Are there any differences between gay and straight content or it is all the same. Online marketing is not regulated in country where I live but since I have opportunity to come to US because of other non-porn job I am interested in taxes and legalizing webmaster biz in country where I would live. So in brief, how high are taxes, how the company should be registered, under what field of taxing and so on, whatever you think might be useful to know...
Thanks,
Lesa

You basically need to consult with an American accountant.

There are many options as to how to structure your company, and 1000s of variables that'll determine your tax obligations. However gay vs straight content is not one of them.
