    Russian image host don't accept DMCA's

    Hello
    i have a problema with this free image host service

    http://i.pixs.ru/
    and their american versión
    http://pixvenue.com/

    the problema is that some weeks ago (or months) i have send several DMCA using their link REPORT ABUSE, following the usual DMCA notice form, but nothing they never reply, they never delete the images reportes, nothing

    somebody can help me or have a similar problem with them ?

                      I don't approve of pirates but DMCA is an american law so you can't expect it to be obeyed overseas. If the hosts are in the US they will comply, if not... people here laughed at the German law that asked them to password protect their porn to comply with their law.

                          Thats not a job for a DMCA agent sitting in the western world.
