Adult Performers Coalition for Choice (APC4C) is a group of adult industry performers and professionals that stand in opposition to current and proposed mandatory barrier protection regulations for adult film productions. We stand in support of the industry?s successful testing system, as well as industry-appropriate regulation. We comply with industry self-regulation standards.

Mandatory barrier protection laws, like Measure B and proposed bill AB 332, do not represent the best interests of the adult industry or the individuals that work in the industry. In fact, such regulations are likely to do harm by dismantling the current successful industry standards & practices. Eventually, condom legislation will force adult producers out of California, or ?underground? to areas where regulation will be difficult, if not impossible.
