Plugrush banned my account without reason.

    Plugrush banned my account without reason.

    I use Plugrush for more than a year and I never had a problem with them. I only use them for mobile redirect. They always paid without problems. Last three months they paid me more than $11000.

    But today I noticed they banned my account. I still have significant amount of money there, more than $1500. They did not even notified me when and why they banned my account.

    How is this possible? Anyone from plugrush care to answer? @nextri @plugrush
    Because I think they don't respond to emails..

                                                  This happened to me and a few others a while ago. Try and log on and it says banned. After a few emails to plugrush they reactivated the accounts. I'm sure they will reactivate your account. just give them time. make sure you let us know how this turns out.

                                                                  Your doing some shady shit with tumblr sites. less than a third of your traffic seems to be real, and we're getting an aweful lot of traffic from your disclaimer page. Why would you even have plugrush on your disclaimer page, and why would people visit it with their mobile and then get redirected? Regardless of why, it's not something that will work for us, or our advertisers.

                                                                          I don't do any shady shit with tumblr. I have some blogs with +50000 followers and Tumblr users are 100% real people. I don't know what is your problem. If I put the mobile redirect code to my main page this will redirect you, no matter what page: myblog.com/disclaimer, myblog.com/pornstar etc...

                                                                          You know what's shady? If your account banned with $1500 and the support does not exist. This is totally unacceptable. What are you doing with my money? Keep it?!

                                                                          If you don't like tumblr traffic you can ban tumblr completely and no one will use it.

You were banned for doing very shady things, you can put on here all day long that you weren't, and that you are "legit", but we have the proof. There are tens of thousands of legit plugrush users who get paid more than you and have been doing this for years, we don't just ban someone with $1,500 in their account and keep the money for ourselves, it doesn't work that way. Please stop responding to this thread, because the ban will not be lifted.

I don't make that much money with them (because I choose to only sell a little bit of my mobile traffic) but they always pay me like clockwork and I love their interface!                                                                                                                                                                                                   I didn't think they would approve Tumblr blogs in the first place - Anyway, it sounds to me like his traffic was just not very productive, it makes sense to dump him - However, a little communication goes a long way...

                                                                                                                                                                                                  I haven't really used PR and stuff like this makes me wonder if I will in the future - IMHO communication is key in this biz.....
