CloudFlare or InCapsula ?

Found that Incapsula "Bussines Plan" gives much better protection and it's cheaper than CloudFlare: http://www.slideshare.net/fullscreen...sula-round-2/3

But what with free plans, which is better by your opinion?

Got one site on CF, it's loading a little faster then my sites on Dedi
