    Duck Dynasty, Just in the USA South?

    I go to Wal-Mart and see that stuff everywhere. They even have Duck Dynasty days at the school.

    Is that stuff just here in the South? Would A "This Ain't Duck Dynasty XXX" sell?

      Not familiar. If it is kids related I would not touch it. Wal-Mart just had to pull their "Naughty Leopard" toddlers costumes for Halloween. Some parents freaked out. I was surprised.

                          I have never seen the show. I have a couple friends that do watch it. It is big BIG with the conservative crowd. I saw an article recently talking about how the red state conservatives are watching it in droves and making it one of the most popular shows on TV.

                          So to answer the question about it being just something in the south, it is big all over, but huge in south.

                                          Sure it's scripted, but that uncle Si is one whacked out old fart, and it's quite funny to watch. I'm sure that part of the charm, and one of the primary reason's that it resonates with so many viewers, is that they appear to be just a bunch of regular people that are proud of their redneckery, but not in a crass Honey BooBoo sort of way. It always comes down to some sort of family values.

                                                      Good show about values really. most watched show on right now with over 11 million viewers. They get a million a show I heard with their new contract. The family does a lot together, people miss that. They make Duck calls for hunters, they make bank doing it. They have a lot of fun together. None of them are on a second wife it looks like. They stick together as a family. I like the show. It's very little about their business
                                                      Carbon is not the problem, it makes up 0.041% of our atmosphere , 95% of that is from Volcanos and decomposing plants and stuff. So people in the US are responsible for 13% of the carbon in the atmosphere which 95% is not from Humans, like cars and trucks and stuff and they want to spend trillions to fix it while Solar Panel plants are powered by coal plants

He went out to his truck and came back with a cd, closed the windows and doors and looked around a bit then played it. My jaw dropped a hundred feet.                                                                                                                   I thought it was pretty lame. I did laugh at one joke that was in it, but the rest of it seemed like a really badly written sitcom.

                                                                                                                                  That was probably Johnny Rebel, he was a known country musician who anonymously recorded a couple of very racist albums back in the 70's or something. Some of the songs were quite catchy he was a very talented songwriter, my old roommate and some of his friends used to play his songs all the time. I'd tell you the title of some of his songs but I think I'd get banned by the admins.
