I want competitve rates, some common sense and a skype or ICQ contact that I can talk to for site approval as a publisher.

I am done with Exoclick, they have some of the worst customer service I have ever experienced.

I will flip my lid if they win a YNOT award tonight.

PlugRush baby, plugrush.

They have a beautiful interface. With amazing easily customizable ads.

Plugrush isn't just an advertising network, they also have traffic trades. So you can trade traffic with other adult webmasters.

I personally love the referral system:

I don't even work with adult websites anymore, I just have referrals and I'm trying to get lots of referrals through tumblr in hopes of making $$ in the long run.

They have access to many of the sites Exo does and you can buy spots if that's your thing

I had a prior account with them that was approved and running ads a few years ago. I signed up for another recently, funded it, then they said I needed someone to vouch for me before my ads would run. I had 3 people vouch for me, but then they decided that I needed to wire them $500 before they would review my account again.

I just worked out something with Cristian from Ero-Advertising! Got me up and running super quick. ExoAds, don't worry about talking to my third grade teacher about my character, I am all set now.

Lulz i would love to hear what she would say.And yes exoclick was marked in my book as worst of all brokers,no point to bother with them as there is many quality alternatives like juicyads,plugrush and ero-advertising.

I did have a quick experience as an advertiser and it was going down the same path.

I wanted to do a test run on Xhamster.com. A very small test run. $200 total, $20 a day for Yanks.com as I do very well there as a content partner.

They needed a voucher. I had Alex the owner of Xhamster vouch for me. It went in front of Exoclick management for several days, I heard nothing. A $200 spot mind you.

Next I had Jay from YNOT vouch for me. Figuring that since Exo was up for a YNOT award certainly he would be good enough. Another two days and no word. Then finally on the third day I did get approved.

My issue was simple, why in god's name would the owner's word of a giant tube, and I would assume huge client of theirs, not be good enough for a $200 spot on their own site.

Exoclick won't last if that is the way they do business long term. Terrible.

Picking up the right partner is often hard, you should try a lot of different networks to see what's the best for you in terms of money but also in terms of relationship.

As a publisher I have zero issues with exoclick!

They need some measures for advertisers to keep the network free from malware.. I have/am used/using exoclick, adxpansion and ero-ads, and exoclick is the only one that has not got any of my sites blocked due to malware!

Exoclick always been in the top of 3rd party network we use.

Their support with us is very good and revenue are very decent.

You can always use our geo-matic, but its performance based.. if you traffic is HQ that probably the way to go.

Clearly, our customer support did a very poor job to get you on board, and I totally understand your frustration. So first I would like to apologies for the bad experience you had with us. And second, I would like to thank you for bringing this to our attention.

From your post, we have started working on some process improvements to generate a better user experience and we will make our best to make it better.

To give a little bit of background, we manage probably the largest adult inventory with over 3 Billion impressions a day, and several thousands of active advertisers. That means we are also a great target for fraudsters and people who want to distribute malwares. We have a lot of manual and automatic tools to detect and prevent malware, but in the end, one of the best defense is simply to know our customers. This is why we have created these KYC and sometimes require new advertisers to have trusted people vouch for them. I understand nobody want to go through KYC procedures and it's simply very annoying. But security is one of our top priorities and we simply have no other choice.

In your case, obviously, that procedure was badly conducted and we will make the necessary adjustments.

Thanks for reaching out Benjamin. I usually don't take things to the boards, however I felt quite marginalized by this experience.

While I have taken the ads that I wished to sell via Exoclick to one of your competitors I will more then likely use multiple networks in the future. Given the communications I have had with you and with Mark, I will re-approach Exo when that time comes, see where you have improved and give you guys a second chance.

While the situation was very frustrating, I do appreciate that in the end my issues were heard and I really do hope my experience will streamline your processes so that others will have a better go of it.
