Never tracked a UPS package and had this listed before. I guess there were 3 trains that collided in Texas.

UPS is useless!

They always seem to be late or lose my shipments so I gave up on them and always request things be shipped via Fed/Ex! Good luck with that!

This is the first real issue I have ever had with ordering something and having UPS ship. I did ship a server with them to my datacenter once a few yrs back and it looked like a truck drove over it when it got there. However, they paid me the full $4000 I had insured it for to replace the server and was able to keep some of the parts that were not destroyed since they wanted nothing back.
