My first impulse tells me #4 had the highest CTR, I guess it also depends on what kind of site(s) the pictures were featured on.

#1 is my second guess.

Also like #1 because of the common everyday items in the picture. She seems like anyone could have a shot at her.

I don't understand what you mean. I ran all these images for a while as plugs in PlugRush. All of the images got at least 1 million impressions each. I already know which image got the best CTR and will post the results tomorrow. This is just a game to see who is good at thinking like the average audience.
