Sounds like "scambook" is a format for gathering enough complaints to start class action lawsuits. Why else would it exist? Who would put time and money into the site without a pay check?

So enough people bitch, class action lawsuit is launched if company has assets, lawyers get rich. Unless I'm missing something.
