Bastards scaning my ports

I have Bitdefender paid version that looks good in protecting from all kind of shit, and from time to time i get alert that somebody is scanning my ports and that they blocked that attempt.

Today somebody tried to scan over this provider:

Quote:
IP Owner: Cjm Consultancy Services Pvt Ltd
Owner Address: 585, Jaypee Complex, Bank Street, Munirka, New Delhi 110067
Owner Country: India
What would i like to know is, what they are trying to do?
They tried to scan local ip: 192.168.1.4

What are they trying here, anybody know?

if they scanned your lan ip they are connected to your lan. unless that ip is setup to be the dmz on your network I would be concerned.

In both way you should be conserned if they scaned your local ip, they already got access to your pc (this doesn't mean they already breached in your pc but scanning means they are trying) if you are in dmz your pc is already connected to outside network. very much depending on your network and pc security don't give all the hopes in antivirus and malware cleaners. keep a track of your network and bandwidth to see if there is anything suspicious.
