If we create a rule or a law (or a ban) how we can we create a wavier on it? The entire point of the rule or law or outright ban is so that we cannot do it - no exceptions.

This is the ultimate catch-22. For those we grant the right to make and interpret laws, will certainly break said laws. There's no recourse, there's no action that can be taken against them, especially when the judicial system is monopolized and controlled by them.
There really are no true laws because it's so arbitrary. The average person commits 3 felonies a day without even knowing it. In 2012, 40,000 laws were passed. LOL.
Look at the constitution, how politicians and presidents swear an oath to it, and then take a look at how many ways they break the fucker in half. NDAA, patriot act, NSA spying, declaring war without congressional approval, etc..
The moment I truly began to understand the above is when I went from a small-government, strict constitutionalist to an advocate of stateless societies (anarcho-capitalism, voluntaryism, libertarianism in its purest form). The real intellectual debates regarding political philosophy aren't happening in the (R) or (D) sphere, it's within the realm of anarchism and it's really worth looking into.
Governments undoubtedly fuck EVERYTHING up though. And yes, they will continue to break "laws". ;) It's not surprising given the power they have.

Although I think that stateless societies are a pipe dream that require humans to be something that they are not..... I completely agree with everything else in this post.

A common retort is: Because the potential for bad and evil people to exist, is the very reason you don't give them a plot of arbitrary land to monopolize and rule.
The ineffectiveness of statism should be obvious with 600 million dead directly due to their existence in the last 100 years.
Stateless societies certainly can exist, but it's multigenerational at this point. Governments control education and mass media, therefore their propoganda, their branding are deeply rooted in current societies.
Once we have a populace capable of critical thinking, we'll be free. Until then, we'll remain as cattle in these tax farms we call countries.

Don't misunderstand me. I agree with everything you are saying, however I also feel that there must be some mechanism, (however limited), to protect individuals from others, or groups of others, that do damage to their persons or property, as well as some way to enforce private contracts that are breached.

"Muslim Brotherhood & Hamas Magically have Anti-Aircraft Missiles, Media Not Interested in Weapon Source (Or About the Weapons Themselves)
September 16, 2013 // By: Eric Odom // Today's News // 10 Comments
Reuters does a little trick of ignoring the biggest part of a story in a piece about Egypt cracking down on terror rebels. Reuters drops this sentence into their story about the effort.
The army seized weapons including anti-aircraft missiles, he said. Motorized paragliders had also been found, which he said showed an effort to develop new methods of attack.
The Egyptian Army has seized anti-aircraft missiles? That?s a fairly astonishing fact. Yet out of the 500 or so words used for their story, the anti-aircraft missiles are never mentioned again. There is no follow-up as to where the missiles came from, how many there are, who exactly is using them, etc.
Here?s a line of theory that, one would think, would be a gold mine of a direction for a news agency as big as Reuters to take.
On August 12, 2013 Joe DiGenova, attorney for one of the Benghazi whistleblowers, told Washington D.C.?s WMAL that one of the reasons people have remained tight-lipped about Benghazi is because 400 U.S. missiles were ?diverted to Libya? and ended up being stolen and falling into ?the hands of some very ugly people.?
Is it that hard to ask the real questions when it comes to major globalist corporate media?"

ahh, yes? i am a little shocked they even mentioned it, but i bet reuters is still probably a little upset about their reporters getting chopped up
Carbon is not the problem, it makes up 0.041% of our atmosphere , 95% of that is from Volcanos and decomposing plants and stuff. So people in the US are responsible for 13% of the carbon in the atmosphere which 95% is not from Humans, like cars and trucks and stuff and they want to spend trillions to fix it while Solar Panel plants are powered by coal plants
think about that

maybe the disrespect you show by always calling him Barry?
let's be honest - the last (and only) really successful war was WWII when the US (together with many others) took out Hitler (thanks for that btw) and set up the Marshall plan after.

ok so if the government controls our education and everything we know comes from them how did you seem to avoid this brainwashing yourself?
Are you special? no, you are not.. Thinking you are is part of a deeper issue. People are smarter than they get credit for, just because you know a few idiots doesn't make you a genius and doesn't make the rest of the planet a moron...
People have been marking and labelling their territory since we could walk upright, that isn't stopping ever, its in our dna. Thinking we can all live together without labels or territories is some sophmoric bullshit that you normally hear from 19 year olds, keep reading, try again.
"Ghastly attacks on Christians mocked as ?Crusaders? in Syria continued unabated as Jihadists reportedly forced one man to convert to Islam at gunpoint and slit the throat of another Christian woman?s fiancé and then told her, ?Jesus didn?t come to save him.?
Residents who fled from the ancient town of Maalula in Syria told AFP that jihadists ambushed the town last week and forced a man to convert to Islam at gunpoint.
?They arrived in our town at dawn? and shouted ?We are from the Al-Nusra Front and have come to make lives miserable for the Crusaders,? said one woman identified as Marie in Damascus, where many people from Maalula fled after rebels first attacked that town on Sept. 4.
One of the most renowned Christian towns in Syria, many of Maalula?s approximately 5,000 residents speak Aramaic, the language Jesus spoke. Rebels want to tighten their control of the town for its strategic value as a launching point to level attacks on the highway between the capital and Homs, a key regime supply route.
On Tuesday, Marie and hundreds of others in exile in Damascus, attended the burial of three Christian pro-regime militiamen who were killed in fighting.
Adnan Nasrallah, 62, told AFP that an explosion destroyed an archway just across from his house that leads into Maalula during the fighting last week.
?I saw people wearing Al-Nusra headbands who started shooting at crosses,? the Christian senior told the AFP. One of the shooters, he said, ?put a pistol to the head of my neighbor and forced him to convert to Islam by obliging him to repeat ?there is no God but God??Afterwards they joked, ?he?s one of ours now?.?
"
Sounds like the type of people we definitely want to help out!
