Hey Beaner is the join form multi language. Does it auto detect by ip and bring up the native language and pricing?
Paully |
I just read through it all. That's up to the site designer right.

Bump for a good business thread.
Say what you will about Beaner but the man is TRYING, and I have deep respect for him for that. While I myself would not focus on some of the things Beaner chooses to focus on this may be because he has a more mathematical mind than I do. LOL I will say this about forms (I use my own custom forms with CCBill I designed myself): while text, colors, images etc, and their placement on the page, is VITAL it is not AS vital as one may think. What I mean is that sometimes less is more, simplicity sells (in an ever-increasingly hectic world) so, to me, it's less about specific text or image placement and more about navigation. Don't put 'speed bumps' to sales, making potential members jump through more hoops than they need to. THIS is more key than images, text or colors IMHO. |
Close to half my signups are from countries other than US. So would I have to build the join form and add language and currency options or does sling offer some basic customizable template?

What he has demonstrated is exactly what I have been screaming on the boards and being attacked by many of you for telling you over and over that 3rd party is costing you much more money than you even realize. Then you sit there begging the industry how to get more sales....should I change the form, should I try a new niche, should I get more affiliates...should I tie ribbons around my balls... We have proven for what ever reason 3rd party billers are not what they expect you to believe they are. I still have small and respectful disagreement with beaner on exactly why, but guess what it does not matter because his position although beaner chooses his words differently thanI do...the bottom line is we are and have been getting fucked by 3rd party billers at least since 2010 that I can document but perhaps even longer! It is a game changing revelation and I await the shit storm because cheesy rats middle men are shitting themselves at this very moment I assure you they would prefer this info not be revealed! You cannot stop an idea whose time has come and I am so grateful the statement is now official and I suspect there will be great change in the industry from this day forth! Kudos to Beaner for being an innovator and pioneer in this industry and having the guts to speak truth on these boards for the sake of all of us mom and pop shops! |

Others (Beaner is a great example) look to improve (or reinvent) systems, using analysis, mathematics and programming (engineering) skills. These are (obviously, heh) beyond me but, as I said before, just the fact that Beaner tries this and that (and is successful in doing so) is much, much better than merely whining about a situation. |
I appreciate everyone's input and comments and amazing compliments. I am, in fact, a professional engineer. And am def. A numbers guy. My numbers are telling me anyone using third party billers can see a 2, 3, 4 times more money by taking your processing into your hands.
I am also interested in consulting and im sure some of you, may be interested in making a shit ton more cash :) Numbers dont lie. |
Close to half my signups are from countries other than US. So would I have to build the join form and add language and currency options or does sling offer some basic customizable template? with ip detection for countries, languages and currencies?
At what percentage point do you think third party billing would be a better idea? You know handling affiliate payouts, lost passwords, changing out credit cards etc... Lets say I was at 8% and out of 300 to 350 joins a month I only had an average of 2 chargebacks at 32 bucks each. How much would I save? Paully |

I'm not setup to offer anything to *save* money. All I can do is consult. I also do not own sliiing, I use sliiing as another program would use NATS. Sliiing just happens to be very accommodating, and his system can integrate well with what it is needed. And I like the owner, and he is relentless in his quest to better his systems and become a dominate force. I did reply to your geo question. Yes, it is a good idea, no, I currently have not programmed it but overseas sales are certainly coming in, good, and strong as is. So something to put on the... to do list. I can tell you this though... I know your site well, and I can guarantee you I could take 300 new sales/month and make at least 600 new sales/month on it, my numbers are showing higher percent increase. I'm talking a lot of fucking money man. You just say... fuck it, let's do it. And I will make it happen :thumbsup |
I guess I am confused. Seems Netbilling or someone like them would be the way then. They handle the backend, affiliates, customer service and you still have the benefit of a lower rate merchant account. amirite?

Just my way works really well. All the answers to your questions are in this thread to a degree. You will increase sales if you get off zombaio and go with yiur own merchant account i have no doubt. It is *every* aspect up until submit payment. I cant say it any other way. |
I have no doubt I can save maybe 2to3% just not sure if it's worth the hassle. Ill keep checking it out though.
|
And handling customer service, it's like picking your nose after awhile. Not hard to do and can actually be rewarding ;)

I dont mind that part. My blacklist ratio for sales is maybe 2%. I want to see what happens in a month or 2 about chargebacks and how your scrubbing stacks up. Wait, what handles the fraud and scrubbing?

I see who and from where and from why they sign up. I see why they get declined through my billing admin. |

You have to use a gateway. Shit, ccbill is a gateway, a merchant account. Zombaio is a gateway, a merchant account. You are simply a *sub* account under their main account. And you are a victim of whatever settings they implement. Plus their forms which I guarentee you don't look like max-hardcore.com site. I am Paully, presenting findings based on something I set up in mainstream years ago and was *HUGE*... and have finally replicated in adult and my findings are *HUGE*. I am offering advice, guidance, setting shit up so we don't email 80 times a day on things I already know. That is *consulting* and what I am offering. I already have a few in the pipeline... and the results are going to be the same everytime :thumbsup |

I have had maybe 2 emails in that time telling me "Hey my card is legit" so far their scrub works. You have 1 week processing under your format. I will keep an eye on your shit and see how it goes. Paully |

It is the language we use and when presenting someone in speech... people sometimes use the name of the people they are addressing. Honestly... you are wired up man. Don't believe me, believe me, do it your own way. I put on the table that I could make max-hardcore 600 new sales per month going *my* way. You either can take the offer, or not... I care nothing. I actually don't even care about making money, rather, showing that you guys are getting your asses handed to you each and every day. |

We handle everything except affiliate payouts. Mitch |
Mitch are you recommending sling? Have you tried to incorporate it?

Either way I dont rip nobody off. As a matter of fact I pump affiliate sales. I see some hard work in some. That I appreciate and that I reward. Ill be watching you slinger : That : means serious business. Im watching. Paully |
I have seen the immediate increase of sales as soon as the new form design/Beaner's gateway has been online. I personally make no speculation on why but I know for sure that there has been a big and immediate difference.
I am pretty amazed by those new numbers and will will try his billing system with my own sites as soon as I can. Crossing fingers that it will work as well as what I am seing right now with saraswirls! |

I wanted to personally thank you for your hard work and exhaustive efforts at getting this implemented I understand it was a daunting task with a lot of meticulous and tedious work to complete! Results have been stellar and you already know our position and our reasoning behind this now maybe more thought and respect will be given to ideas we present around here. We have proven beyond all shadow of doubt that the men in the middle cannot be *trusted* or expected to give you your full sales revenue potential. MAybe this proves we had a bulls eye on our backs, maybe this proves middle men are vindictive What it does prove is that some good people who were misled all these years thinking they had to use 3rd party billers may get wind of this and as Beaner says start kicking them selves in the nuts. I am just sitting here laughing at all the name calls insults and trolls who flamed my threads and tried to further blind you guys as to what has been happening in this industry with the middle men. First they laugh at you then they call you names then you win |

Use NATS and Webmaster checks for affiliate software and payouts, using NETbilling for processing, scrubbing and call center. |
