All the great prophets cite the year 2006 as the real beginning of a long and devastating war (though 9/11 kicked things off). A small number of billions will die but the human race will survive. The rise of the antichrist will be followed, by the rise of a mythical hero who will liberate the world and do as many deeds good as have been done bad. The hero is known as "Ogmios". I'm already anticipating his arrival.
