unbelievable Exoclick support incompetence, contact here?

I have had to endure the worst support I have ever come across with Exoclick.

Is there a contact here that can actually get things achieved over there rather than just replying with "stock" responses to all my emails!
It is total chaos over there! One minute I have someone who says they are actually looking into my issue, asking my for source code etc to help find a fix, the next minute I get another bloody "stock response" telling me to read the instructions!

I actually got some help from someone called Geoff. He is very helpful and is fixing my issue.

Their general support is the worst I've ever dealt with though, they should fix that.
