Here is the most ironic thing about conspiracy nutcases:
They think the we (rational thinking people who actually look at all the facts, then make up our minds) are "Sheep"
But these guys make up their mind based on some wildly improbable (actually impossible) claims by paranoid basement youtube crazies - they cherry pick tidbits of non-facts that seem to support their case - they start with a hypothesis then search for any wild conjecture to back up that crazed view and they reject or fail to listen to actual facts and scientific proof.
YOU are actually the Sheep, you loonies fall for every wacky documentary and youtube piece of propaganda that fits with your pre-conceived notion of how events unfolded.

they were mostly white norwegians who died.

They don't do anything to change, just want more people to "believe" or "wake up" and "stop being sheep".
As has been noted many times, these "alternative thinkers" are just as much sheep as the people they try to preach to, not only are they sheep, but they do fuck all about anything they're told. They pretty much believe/know they are slaves, but are more concerned about telling people on porn forums of all places about their views, than actually taking action.

So, JockoHomo, how does my not having loyalty to authority, much less any blind unquestioning aspect of it, tie in with your statement that one needs to have those qualities to be a 'sheep'? it made me think about this thread. i think what i'm trying to get at here, granted, as a fully smartass arguer, is that a lot of us are on the same page now. we really are.
i've read jel's comments around here, he distrusts *the government* almost as much as the average gfy ct.
i can relate to that view, you can see that in my comments currently re: the waco tragedy, the president, something else and another thing i can't recall exactly right now but nevertheless, fact is i get it, jel gets it. _richard_ gets it etc.
but we still need to separate ourselves over something that happened 12 years ago. maybe a lot didn't want to believe shit 12 years ago, but a lot of people have woken-up since.
and at the same time, the truther movement hasn't really progressed with anything, let's be real about that. and as pointed out here, the sales pitch to join-up needs some polishing because there's no real incentive to think differently about 9/11 when we're seeing first hand shit like obama going straight to bombs and multi-trillion dollar bank bailouts and snowden revelations and obama saying the nsa is good, etc. et al on & on, blah blah.

to add to that: You could argue that pretty much everyone on this board has traded links, thereby trying to game Google. Then, argue that because every webmaster has traded at least 1 link, there are zero ethics, zero good biz practice, zero morals, we all love card banging, and blah blah blah, by an outsider to this industry. They would say 'hey, we KNOW you tried to game google, so we KNOW each and every one of you is a cheater, so you're probably ALL slinging c p as well.
We all know the govt's do shady shit, there are backhanders galore in multi-million and billion dollar industries, laws are introduced as cash grabs, and so on. This doesn't mean every fart by a politician has a hidden meaning that only the 'truthers' can see, and that everyone is too stupid to see it.
