Here you say "no email confirmation" required for a signup, but on your tiered payout info page you state, "Earn up to 2.50$ for every free confirmed sign up". So what is required to get paid on a free member registration, an email confirmation or not?

Payouts for east european countries are very good

By "confirmed sign up" we mean valid registrations. Email confirmation is not required as we are doing our best to keep registration process simple for members.

They supposed to be long-term. Currently we do not plan to change them.

What do you mean? EVERY single company is paying UP TO because different countries are on different profitability numbers. Do not expect to get the same 2.50$ for Somalia signup as you get for US signup.
