Hmmm. Low tier countries. If you were to go with chaturbate, you have the option for .01 per sign up for tier 3 (Russia and Turkey are in Tier 3). Or rev share. I know Chaturbate takes wire transfers to buy tokens and Russians do have credit cards. But I don't know if they would be buying tokens. You might be lucky and get a model sign up. Loads of Russian and Eastern Europeans on there.
