It doesn't look quite as great as I had hoped, regardless, I'll still be going to see it at the cinema. Robocop was one of my favourite movies growing up.

I watched robocop on tv recently for the xxx time,it is one of my favorite heroes/movies.But it kind a look how this will suck same as judge dred new version sucked compared to old version.

I think it looks pretty good. The original silver suit looks better than the new ninja version.

I always liked the original, and Peter Weller was good in the role.
Although I'm not a big fan of re-makes for the sake of grabbing money, this one looks entertaining.

You are the one and only person I've seen say that the old Dredd was better than the new one. Last years Dredd was awesome and HUGELY underrated.

I also find the original to be better. In some cases though, like this one, it appears to be a little better.

What? You liked the Stallone / Rob Schneider version of Dredd better than the new one? The old one sucked balls. At least the new one attempted to take the source material seriously.

An interesting choice for the guy playing RoboCop. The only thing I remember him from was a crime/detective show The Killing which is a good TV show but I don't think he is suited for RoboCop! Oh and how could they change him from silver to black... not looking like a good movie at all from that trailer!

Some movies will never be better than the originals, i watched Total Recall today with Arnie followed by the remake and the original was so much better

I read somewhere they are aiming for PG-13. If that is true, might as well write this one off now. The epic violence is what made the first one so good.

Well that is why i preffer old more,as it is also some sort of comedy,and it have a story,while new one is 100% action with no details.As i watched before movie which was also raid on building,it seems kind like a copy cat.

I agree 100%. Turning this new one into a PG-13 movie would bastardize it. Part of what made the first RoboCop a success was because it was so hardcore.

The creator of ROBOCOP was a genius and a visionary.

He portrayed a destroyed and chaotic DETROIT, just like in the present. Incredible.
