9th Circuit Pledge of Allegiance ruling stands.. for now.

"SAN FRANCISCO (AP) -- A federal appeals court Friday rejected the Bush administration's request to reconsider its decision that the Pledge of Allegiance is unconstitutional because of the phrase "under God."

Woooohoooo! Wonder what the Supremes will do with it? If they do take it up, I'd bet on a close 4-5 or 6-3 decision.

The 9th circuit is the most pro-free speech, pro-constitution circuit in the United States.

Watch the activist right wing judges line up to overturn them.

The vast majority of the American public believes that there is an omniscient, omnipresent invisible man floating around up in the sky.

          Scary eh?
