I started on a shared with them and moved onto a dedi and they always treated me the same: GREAT

The phrase "you get what you pay for" usually applies to such things, but Certified/Naked was always the exception to the rule for me.

Absolutely, Naked Hosting is the adult side of Certified Hosting.
Kacey gives top notch service and nothing has everbeen too much trouble. I can and do, recommend them highly to anyone after hosting.

Like $3 a month is ridiculous. Even top end shared hosting is only about $12 a month.
If you want to upgrade the only option is shared dedicated or dedicated starting from like $60 a month.

Why is there no mid range ($25 - $30) options that offer better than shared but less than dedicated?

Same with all shared hosting. This is why I was saying I wish there was a mid range option.. you know something for like $30 that is basically shared but the number of sites is restricted to 100 or something.
