I'd say it's maybe around $500-$800 on today's market. I was the one that got Pron.com to their current owner.

It's ugly but still rare and a term that has been often used even with the 0 instead of o.

People don't often start threads asking for the value of a domain unless they are interested in selling it. If it is a domain with any value then it will receive test the water bids from people who are interested in buying it, or "reg fee" or $5 bids from people who just want to be funny/rude.
