Copy the Japanese characters and post in your preferred search engine.

Note: Use simple words that the translator can understand as a sentence/phrase

Here is a mosaic buster, but I've read reviews that say it is bogus too:



If you think about it, there really isn't a way to de-pixilate a video easily (if at all) without the source video, since mosaic censoring reduces the information in the picture by averaging out blocks of the screen, so the information isn't there anymore, it's been lost.
