If so do you care about spam? I could give a rats ass what I get spammed usually but 1 affiliate keeps sending the same fucking spam over and over and over. Guess he can't afford a new list.

As you know most programs have a mandatory anti spam policy preventing webmasters from spamming. We at Penisdevelopment.com have always prohibited spamming by our webmasters in any shape or form. This includes e-mail, instant messenger, and even the new windows bug which everyone seems to be exploiting.
