We use Amazon Web Services (AWS) and it's freaking awesome!
They offer a free account depending on what you need, then you can changed based on your needs for either more hdd space or more processing power. We were running 2 servers at another host for about $700/mo and with AWS its just over $140/mo. I highly recommend it, lots of large businesses use them and it's very secure.
