Is true you broke the story. if I recall, the rumor was streamate asked $220 million to be paid in 5 years or so. But I seem to recall both parties (or at least Nathan, but you call him liar anyway) denied this was finalized; perhaps was just talks or not even this. And you sure Manwin got that much money extra to buy things? Manwin real owners may be the catholic teachers association or the republican senators pension fund, but I think they've invested enough in porn. If it was just a stake, this is not like how manwin operates, normally they buy 100%. Note that manwin owns webcams.com and Nathan replied in some other forum he accepts offers i.e. they more like sell their cam site than buy another.Comment

I know theres a lot of different reasons to set up new companies and move shit around, specially when they are merging with redtube, in danger of defaulting to Playboy, losing money hand over fist on playboy properties, losing money on Digital Playground, cut Brazzers production in half, ditto RK quit producing for RealityCash (using cut up Brazzers content...and going back to what they do best...stealing content.

Streamrate is about as quality as you can get so while I agree with sticking with quality, I am not sure why you would make a decision like that - it strikes me as an emotional reaction, no offense, because you are changing based on something unspecified happening maybe in the future and for reasons that may or may not even impact you. That means to me that you made that choice based on a feeling and not something concrete, like numbers, or service issues, etc.
Just like I was saying to Peabody, it is often better to stick with something that you know works than to go into something that may or may not. Based on their longevity, service, conversions, etc. you won't find many people that disagree it is one of the best programs out there, bar none.
Remember, Peabody isn't changing because he wanted to. He changed because he felt he had to in order to set up a WL on his own terms, not because he was screwed over. In fact, by his own admission, he was at fault in the first place on the domain, and he can't help it if they don't want to do a WL with someone at his present volume.
