DVD Burner?
02-27-2003, 10:21 PM
You have one? If so:
What format is it?
What speed is it?
How long does it take for you to burn a full DVD?
thanks.
SIG TOO SMALL! Maximum 1200x600 button and no more than 30 text lines of ALL SIZES and COLORS. Unless your sig is for a GFY top banner sponsor, then you may use a 6240x4800 instead of a 1024x800.

Format is DVD
Speed is 4x/2.4xRW
Takes about 40 mins to burn, like the good old 2x cd burners.

I don't have a burner...yet.
I could however be persuaded to buy the Sony Dru-500A. I believe it can record on both -r and +r which is why it is so popular.

I've got a Pioneer A05, takes about 40 minutes to burn a data cd, takes a few hours to use DVDXCopy (It burns at fucking 1 speed! 380 kB/s! GRR).
