I hear you...in the Asian niche, many websites that purchase 3rd party content mis-identify the ethnicity of the models all of the time.

I understand that to some people, Asian is Asian, however to most Asians, and people that are really into the Asian niche (translation: paying customers), it is insulting to say a Filipina is Chinese, or a Japanese woman is Thai, etc.

It's even more ridiculous on the tube sites, when you have a person speaking Japanese, but the title says that it is a Korean video, and famous Asian American pornstar Asa Akira is described as Korean, when her last name is clearly Japanese (yes, it's a stage name, but her real last name is Japanese too, as many of Asa's fans know - for people unaware, there are still a lot of animosities between many Japanese and Korean people).

Since I try to promote my site primarily to people interested in Asian American girls, I make an effort to avoid overt racial stereotyping, although we occasionally play around with cultural norms, ethnic costumes, etc., hopefully in a fun and respectful manner.

Indeed. You get what you pay (or work) for and it's not just surfers that notice the lack of spelling and grammar checks -- Google and others do too.
