              Very true, my own Mrs was desperate not to lose shape after 2 kids, ever since she's being going for a fast 2 mile walk five days a week, definitely worked!

                                                                                                                                      while she most probably has those pros on her team, they didn't do the work for her.

                                                                                                                                      I suspect she maintained tight control over her diet during her pregnancy so she wouldn't balloon out of control but as for getting back in shape in 8 weeks isn't really all that difficult and it's certainly not time-consuming.

                                                                                                                                      It does take commitment and effort but a program like insanity would be an ideal program for getting this sort of result in 8 weeks post-pregnancy.
