Is this just me or there are more affiliates who don't have sales inside ccbill stats, but there is email report abut sale?

No but as a client I see sales in admin yesterday that I got no email notification about - so maybe a mail server was down or had a hickup. heh

sometimes it is happening that there are no notification for some programs. I've stopped worrying about that long ago, but this is different.

ooops..my mistake.It wasn't today's sale but back from august 4th. Email notification came on 11th august
