Most Amazing Place I have Ever Been (PIC)....
 That is the QEII in Milford Sound in New Zealand - It's a great pic but you have to look carefully to see the full scale of the place... On the left you can see the first mountain, the second - then you see the third and it takes while to grasp the scale..... I will be there again I hope... |

Eddy,
I have a condo down in Queenstown and normally spend the southern winters there. The first time I went to Milford I thought that all the photos had been photoshopped but getting out of the car I realized that nature had photoshopped it. The first peak is called Mitre Peak - a friend of mine proposed to his wife on the top of that (helicopter of course). I've got some friends who scuba dive down there, lots of big sharks but the steepness of the mountains above the waterline is invested below the waterline. Hope you had a good trip, get to Winnie's late one night and go to the Cow for pizza if you are staying in Queenstown. Dave

 They spent a lot of time sailing on the QEII. Their house was full of photos of them on that ship. |

Try Yellowstone, it's truly the DisneyZoo of the nature world.
We spent a week there in an RV and decided we'll go back every year, spring. So many young animals born at this time. Timing it around the 4th of July was great as well, so many fireworks shows in nearby towns. It's a beautiful world! gopro screen cap, sry so big.
