Some people have complained about getting work delivered, so maybe ask not to pay 100% upfront.

There are two sides to every story. If it was something that happened alot you´d see more than a couple of posts no?

Where there's smoke there's fire. There really should be no complaints at all. From what I saw in that thread it was over $200. The designer should have just refunded the pissed off customer and moved on.

A few complaints will cost you thousands but most of these guys are so fucking shortsighted fail to grasp that.

Plus there's way too many people on here that are solid, been around forever and have no complaints.
