Presumably they have to re-issue the license, I don't see a problem with them charging a small fee for the administrative effort required.

agreed, if they mentioned it on their prices page i wouldn't have a problem. thing is that it wasn't mentioned there, unlike another fee which was actually mention there under 'optional installation'.

TGPX is free and open source now. If you use php 5.3 or later you may need to make some modifications I've heard. Maybe you will want to switch?

worst part here is that they decided to act like jerks here after i bought 16 copies from them. i'll never buy anything from these guys again.

i have read your conversion with Bepe, its not us acting like jerks. domain change fee has always been there and it's cheap, you are first making a drama out of 25 dollar fee.

I think his complaint is that he didn't see the fee disclosed in advance anywhere. Especially on the page he quoted.

How long does it take you guys on average to change a domain? Is it an involved process for you where it takes an hour to do?

it isn't about how long it takes us, the fee is there for ever, maybe not clear enough so we will fix that.

i can't access the admin page of 4 child domains becasue bepe insist to pull money off a charge u never stated at your price page nor i ever paid you before. is that a enough reason for a "drama" ?

If OP has purchased licenses for 16 domains, he is probably entitled to expect the not specifically mentioned fee to be waived as an act of goodwill on this occasion.

I am sure next time, (after it has been added to the fees page) he will know about it in advance and accept it.

most scripts charge for this, vbulletin, etc.

its the norm.
