Is twitter ok with posting peeing pics? I've looked through their TOS but can't find anything that says you can't. I know there are already loads of pissing pics on twitter but that doesn't mean it is allowed.

I would feel a HUGE need to disagree... My twitter is nearly 2 days old, I have 3 followers (ALL ORGANIC) and I have not had a single problem !

Imagine all of the other things that they never considered specifically prohibiting not realising that somebody would assume that it meant it was permitted.

I can't be assed to read those terms but they need to fire their lawyer if there isn't something very vague and general in there that covers everything they didn't specifically mention.
