We have a licensing deal with a major japanese adult company, and we will be handling all their english speaking targeted websites. Erito.com is going to be the main site. TokyoDollars.com is the affiliate program.

Both are not launched, which is why they were taken fully off the public web when we noticed that they were publicly accessible.

The sites are in design and alpha testing phase, without any content being ready, so the designer used placeholder thumbnails and content. He should not have, especially on a site that is publicly open. I apologize for that, it was clearly not done on purpose, as people have said billing did not work or was even setup yet, it is simply design phase testing.

Otaku, sorry, it was not our intention to cause any issue. Our designer simply likes your content.

I was informed on xbiz that some people are still getting the site, I doubt its a caching issue, maybe its not blocked on one of our servers by mistake, but I would appreciate getting to things from whoever still gets the site:

I get this is hard to believe, but I did not design the site, I do not sit next to all 200 designers we have, and I do not control every change on every website that goes up.

There is procedures for everything we do, but they get stumbled and broken now and then, and when they do, we correct it as soon as we are made aware, as happened here, on a weekend on top of it.

I apologized for the mistake. It was a DESIGN alpha and it was being design tested only, the content is placeholders and thats it.

Once the site launches, it will have the correct content on it. I am not sure what content was on it, I did not see the site myself, so I can not comment if some of it was our own/licensed or not.

I can view the site again and it no longer goes to 403. Please ask your designer to remove my content from your web server, placeholder or otherwise, and not simply apply a block that may or may not work. Surely he can find something else amongst your own library to use as placeholders.

Otaku, I agree, considering I doubt our designer knows what's your content, and it bring the weekend, blocking the whole site is safer which is what we are (or should be) doing.

It would make sense except its a real pain for designers to replace graphics with new graphics on things like banners and slide shows. It would not make sense to do the job unless you had the correct images. if your content is coming from someone who does not provide huge, un-watermarked images you are using stolen content or their content is illegal.

I know some producers in Japan, living in the US who supply a couple of websites in the US and NL with nothing but illegal or otherwise stolen content. Good luck with your project.

Perhaps you should add a procedure to supply your designers content instead of having them search for their own? I'm sure with the massive amount of content you have you could create a depository with enough different content to satisfy all designers needs.

I am out of trying to help people connect for content unless I shoot it. Its not worth dealing with scum or the hassles.

For the DVD stuff we work with Taiwan where the dvds are made. Those guys and the people they connect to in Japan and here, i.e. DTI are the only legit people I know of.
