Well... i just had a fucking 800+ euro bill from my host because i burned 3 hours of support on top of my one our sla (service level agreement) Just because there was some corresponding about migrating the server. They don't give acces to a certain part of my server because that is what they call "managed hosting" so if there are changes to be made/codes to be added to conf. files... i have to ask them...

So....

1. They are So fucking slow that it takes them 3 extra hours to add a few simple lines of code
2. Me and my programmer are such idiots that we are completely wrong about the amount of work and asking 125 euro per hour (3 hours) for this shit is completely normal!

I think they even charge me if they send ME a ticket to tell me i ran out of storage and need to add a few GB's....

It's fucking hilarious!

www.mijnvpspartner.nl... I use their shared hosting (mijnhostingpartner.nl) occasionally, and they're great...
Very fast and friendly support, never had to pay extras...

I know it's a VPS host, but if you talk to those guys, i'm pretty sure they'll work something out (they're pretty flexible)

Only if you speak dutch tough, but seeing your location i guess that's not a real problem

Yikes i would shoot my self if such thing would happen to me.I guess you used some local dutch host as i heard before how some dutch hosts have habit to charge outraging fees.
Anyway,i cant recommend anyone based on my own experience(i used to have webair server in Amsterdam,but due billions of negative threads about them i dont dare to recommend them).
But what i can do,is i can peek to WHT and check who is currently cheap or moderate price host with good reputation and datacenter in Holland.

yeah - they also dont fucking care when hackers use their servers to infect others and try to be as useless as possible when it comes to identifying the culprit
