That Green one is here in my city. I'm trying to get the house next door to me right now, and I will get it for about that if/when I do.
It's been vacant since my 90 year old neighbor died and her daughter couldn't pay the back taxes. The city took it over. Back taxes were under $5k

Most of those listings are along the lines of "$8000, plus take over the $100,000 mortgage". So the article is mostly bullshit.

Yea, I don't know why that one home in Texas is in there but the rest are $10,000 or less.
