I saw a guy selling his mobile traffic to plugrush; in plugrush he specified the exact place he sells it to.

It is his own site (different plugrush account).

What is the benefit of this?

When you make enough money in this biz you will earn interest on things like this so trying to sell your own traffic to yourself might be a smart move. But cross-niche manipulation may bring undesired results.

How do you know where he is selling it? Are you sure it isn't just his traffic back url for rejected traffic?
