I don't get that at all. I guess I can understand it if their profit margin is slim and they don't have enough money to expand but why not add some servers and some IT people to fix this stuff? One month, maybe two, is understandable but to have constant problems for years straight is ridiculous. Jay is a technical person and I heard he wrote part of the system from scratch. He should know how to fix it or how to delegate it out with no problem.

To be fair I think I caught in the past that supposedly ad clicks are still being tracked. It's only the stats display which is screwed up. It's annoying though and if it constantly happens a good admin and management would expand resources to fix it unless it's a temp DDoS or such.

Yeah, I really wanted to love JuicyAds. The interface is great for sure and in theory you'd be able to buy quality traffic. But it's been useless for me.
Most of the webmasters selling space are pricing their ads like it's 2002. Ridiculously expensive for what you're getting.
And the niche offerings are terrible. For example if I want to buy ad space for my vintage site, there are like 2 or 3 to choose from and they all suck. The sites are such low quality from a surfer standpoint I'm guessing the traffic is mostly secondhand purchased also.
If they had any stable of quality sites for reasonable prices I'd for sure spend a good chunk of our advertising budget there montly... but at this point after I spend the little left in my account I'll probably be done with it.

Most times, the high server load screen is very intermittent. It will show up for a minute, and be gone the next. I hate it as much as anyone else and I'm sorry for anyone who has experienced this.
As discussed in an interview with XBIZ Magazine this month, we are moving operations to another host. We are currently in the middle of the hosting migration, and its been a long time coming.
Absolutely everything is being upgraded in terms of servers and architechture.
This will affect PopUnders, Mobile, and our Banner services. We do not expect much for downtime.

JuicyAds must be making a fortune but still their website/system has just way to many flaws for today's standards... They're like something like CCBill in adult ad space world...
Let me name a few:
- their 728x90px ad unit is 736x98px, and their 300x250px ad unit is 308 x 258px in size (WTF?!?!). Where are standards? (http://www.iab.net/guidelines/508676...playguidelines)
- their ad code you get from their site doesn't have quotes so it looks like it's html from 1990
- their user interface also look like it is almost from the same year as their codes, it's hard to find your way trough...
- using their codes on your site as provided - will most probably brake your design since designs have ad spots in STADNARD sizes and their standard sized ads do not have the standard size
- their server are often overloaded ?!?! (in era of clouds ad rather cheap and powerful hardware)
- site is really slow most of the time
- reporting is poor (if you don't have time to develop your own, nor cash to buy some niche charts - you can always use some free ones from Google https://developers.google.com/chart/ - just a few lines of code)
- the list could be pretty longer if I would go into the details...
I saw that JuicyAds responded in this topic so I would like to ask you a direct question:
- how many programmers do you employ?
- how much designers do you employ?
- if any of those two are bigger than 0 - for what do you pay them? There is hardly no progress in your system/site for years now and things are getting worse and worse...
Let me remind you guys that you live in 21 century and work in competitive industry. You need to work on improving your service or you could quickly loose your clients... (A sample of modern, good looking and working user interface is plugrush.com. You could look up a bit on them)
And speaking of loosing the clients, I have replaced 90% of your codes from my sites with one of your competitors....
