I was just going by the headline of the story "Internet Stunned" are the first two words. lol
If anybody is "stunned" at a guy with his shirt off...they better not ever go to the beach or come around my house on a hot summer day.
Also, in the story they call the picture "semi-nude"
What the fuck does that mean? lol We are all "semi-nude" no matter how much clothing you have on. They could have also called the pic "semi-clothed" for that matter.
But I guess since "semi-nude" contains the word "nude" in it, it makes us more "stunned" LOL
