Only Transfers between Checking and Mastercard are affected by this issue. Please also note that all other Paxum withdrawal options are fully operational if you wish to withdraw your funds by wire, check, EFT, or to an already existing credit card.

                                            It will probably be free, I have no question in that - last time when they had some technical issue with ATM withdrawals in Serbia - ruth said, they will credit me back all the denied charges due to the error, and they did.
