That is the humans need for money. Without money, they are just homeless people begging for coins. All it takes is a piece of paper that says they have a quadrillion dollars to make them feel better. It is strange that Paypal would make mistakes like these. People generally rely on banks being 100% correct so that all their dollars and cents amounts are correct. Some things end up being done half-assed, anyway.
