SEO guru needed for mainstream project

Hi,

I need someone who will help me with my website that currently gets no Google traffic apart from adwords. The website has been there for a year and I get 0 hits per month from google which is really weird as the website actually does have some useful info on it.

About the project:
- Based in New Zealand and made for New Zealand market.
- uses wordpress with theme and custom scripts
- no issues listed in google webmaster tools
- no penalty as per google response to my request

What I want:
There is obviously something wrong with the website, so I want someone to figure out what's wrong with it and I will compensate you for your time and effort.
