I'm not sure if he is going to read his spambox... hardly no one does...
We've been working with him for more than a year and managed to get only 2 scenes...
This is extremely slow, but he's a good producer and we paid him in advance for a 3rd scene. Unfortunately, he didn't manage to shoot it at all and now it's about 3 months or more since we've been waiting for him to return the money. As he didn't want to wire it, we had to wait till his Paxum account was ready. Now he has Paxum but hasn't sent it yet
We send emails.

You say you never hacked nats but somehow managed to spam the shit out of every webmaster who ever signed up to a Nats 3 program. Oh, and no one else did this. So if you just "bought a list" then you are the only one who bought it.
I think its reasonable to consider that you hacked nats for all practical intents and purposes. Otherwise its like saying you didn't rob the bank but you were caught trying to spend the money and no one else was so, I am pretty sure you are going to pay the price for that with every thread you post until it gets cleared up. Somehow bitter strawberry managed to spam everyone on gfy so we are not the only one. And most people called it a 'cold call'. Was our email different? Did we send 10 emails asking you to buy viagra, watches or anything else? We sent 1 email to you cause you are a webmaster and thus might be interested in our affiliate program. You just deleted it once and for all and never got a new one.

doing business with Colombians requires a lot of patience. I've got a Colombian model in the bathroom now and we still have to buy her a ticket from Bogota to Medellin for tomorrow and the other model is arriving at 1pm.
