i never did like jack links. i prefer the oberto beef jerky.
but seriously what did you expect? beef jerky isn't meant to be moist and juicy. jerky by definition is dried meat trimmed of fat, and cut into strips to prevent from spoiling. it's a snack, it's flavored, and you're supposed to chew on it and enjoy it. however like popcorn it will get stuck in your teeth. |
prosciutto is a delicacy...it is SO hard to find the right type...prosciutto has to be massaged with wine every 2 days and smoke dried at exactly the right temperature for an exact amount of time to keep the meat soft and make it almost melt in your mouth...
